While many families do a great job of locating the resources they need on their own, this can be a time consuming task. The wide variety of care and housing options in Santa Clara County alone can be overwhelming and confusing, sometimes leading them to choices that don't meet their needs as well as others. Instead, we begin by identifying your specific preferences and needs, then searching for the resources that will match them. Our goal is to streamline the process for you, saving you time, reducing your stress, and locating the best available solutions.

All of our services start with a meeting in which we discuss your concerns. Depending on circumstances, we can either talk on the telephone or meet in person.

Our referral services are of greatest value to those who are ready to make a change and are proactive in their search for housing or assistance. We also support those who want to learn about available options, anticipating a future need. When considering a move to a retirement or residential care community, it is important to remember that those who are most independent enjoy a wider range of choices than those with advanced care needs. Recognizing that families do not always agree about what is best for a loved one, we offer mediation services to help family members reach consensus and make peace with their choices.
